Built for Mexican carriers

Carta Porte was designed with Mexican carriers, for Mexican carriers, and works in Spanish. During the private beta, access is by invitation; requests go through carta-porte.app.

What it does

Fleet

Drivers, trucks, trailers and frequent routes are registered once, one by one or imported from a CSV file.

Dispatch over WhatsApp

Drivers write to Carta Porte’s WhatsApp number, which recognizes them by their phone and confirms a new number with a code. From there they record load data such as quantities and values, ask for their invoices and receive the PDFs. Dispatch can also message drivers and send them invoices from the panel. Nothing to install for this part.

Invoices

The platform prepares each CFDI 4.0 with the Carta Porte complement from the load’s data, sends it for stamping and delivers the XML and PDF to the client. The carrier issues every invoice in its own name, with its own digital seal certificate.

Tracking

The Carta Porte Conductor app reports the truck’s position once the driver activates it with a code from dispatch. The office sees each load on a map, with arrivals, departures and speed alerts, and can share a load’s position with its client.

Client portal

The carrier’s clients can sign in to see their invoices, balances and shared loads, request services and upload shipment documents.

Your data, your company’s data

Each carrier owns the information it enters about its drivers and clients and decides who sees it. We process that data on the carrier’s behalf. How we handle it, including the WhatsApp messages with drivers and their location, is set out in Carta Porte’s Aviso de Privacidad, in Spanish.
