Our flagship product

RE:SOURCE runs on the same engine as everything we build. It is open by invitation during the private beta, with versions for macOS and Windows. Access requests go through resource.works.

The name

The colon is deliberate. A resource is something an organization draws on to do its work. To re-source is to obtain something again, from a new origin. RE:SOURCE does both: it adds capacity to a team, and it takes on work that used to need scarce human attention, under the organization’s own rules.

What it does

It remembers

RE:SOURCE keeps continuity across conversations, projects, documents and workflows. Each session starts with the work already in view.

It works within limits

It follows defined procedures, uses approved systems and stays inside organizational boundaries.

It accounts for every action

Every agent has its own identity and a defined scope. Each action is checked against your organization’s rules before it runs, and every action can be attributed and reviewed afterwards.

On your computer

The application runs on your own device, in a private workspace. You choose which accounts to connect, such as email, calendar and contacts. Their logins stay in your operating system’s secure credential store and aren’t sent to us.

Outward actions, such as sending an email, are prepared as drafts and carried out only after you approve them. To provide assistant features, content you ask the assistant to work with may be processed by service providers acting for us under confidentiality obligations.

You make the decisions

RE:SOURCE assists, executes and advises. The people using it remain responsible for decisions, and the product is designed to take work off their plate while leaving judgment with them.
